Full hookup RV sites start at $515/month with a three-month minimum, and cottages are available starting at $725/month with a six-month minimum. Park-wide fiber Wi-Fi is included for all residents.

Absolutely amazing place!! We pulled in and immediately felt like home!! Beautiful place with amazing people! The duck pond is so beautiful and peaceful and the dog park is awesome! You couldn't ask for a better place or group of people to be around! We pulled in in January and haven't left yet 😁😁! It's not just an "RV" park! It is a totally awesome community!

Wonderful place to stay, perfect location. Not to far away from town but enough so its quite and trouble free. Really there isn't any other parks around that offers the great experience as SHADY ACRES….

This is the most peaceful and pleasant campground I’ve stayed in. And the staff are all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Shady Acres Rv Community in Bay St Louis, Mississippi.

Highly recommend this RV park for long-term stays! The property is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Management is professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The atmosphere is quiet and respectful, which made our stay enjoyable and stress free. Great hookups, great location, and overall a wonderful place to call home for a while.

Its a beautiful park. Clean well kept, has adorable ducks. Everyone is so friendly there and all of the neighbors are so kind and nice. Its the best place I have lived.

We have been here close to 4 years. We absolutely love it. The park is always clean and the owners are great . If you ever have a problem you can always contact the park host and he makes sure it's taken care of .

This the very best rv Park we have stayed at by far. The shade trees give you that down home feeling. Everyone we have met are super friendly. The park staff bend over backwards to make sure that your stay is the best possible. All amenities you are looking for. This is the place to stay on the coast. Beautiful pond with ducks,geese,chickens and naturally all the furry friends. Once you stay here, there is no other place you would want to stay.
