Waveland and Bay Saint Louis sit right next to each other in Hancock County, and Shady Acres is right in the heart of it all. Full hookup RV sites start at $515 a month with a three-month minimum, and cottages are available from $725 a month with a six-month minimum. Park-wide fiber Wi-Fi is included in your monthly rate.
The park sits on beautifully landscaped grounds with mature shade trees, a stocked private fishing pond, a covered community pavilion, and a community firepit. On-site laundry, shower facilities, and propane service are all right here. Pets are welcome, and the dedicated dog playground is a favorite among four-legged residents. Buccaneer State Park beach is five minutes from the park, one of the quieter stretches of Gulf Coast beach in the area. The Amtrak station in Bay St. Louis is just 15 minutes away for easy trips into the city without the drive.
