Shady Acres is home to snowbirds escaping northern winters, contractors on assignment near NASA Stennis Space Center, and full-time RVers who came for a season and never quite got around to leaving. Bay Saint Louis sits in a part of Mississippi where the winters are mild, the work commutes are short, and the beauty of the Gulf Coast is highly accessible.
Here at the park, we take pride in our beautifully landscaped grounds along Highway 90, with mature shade trees, a stocked private fishing pond, a covered community pavilion, and a firepit that sees plenty of use in the evenings. We have a dedicated dog playground, on-site laundry, shower facilities, and propane service right here onsite. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi runs throughout the community, which makes it easy for our remote workers and contractors to keep up. And our on-site manager is always around to help.
For ways to stay, we offer full hookup RV sites starting at $515 a month and cottages from $725 a month, both with access to every amenity in the park. RV sites have a three-month minimum and cottages a six-month minimum, because this is a long-term community built around a real neighborhood feel.
Buccaneer State Park beach is five minutes away, Stennis Space Center is ten minutes down the road, Biloxi and the casino strip is 35 minutes east, and New Orleans is about an hour west. The Amtrak station in Bay St. Louis is just 15 minutes from the park for those who'd rather skip the drive into the city.
