Welcome to Shady Acres RV & Cottage Community, a little slice of the Mississippi Gulf Coast where long-term residents come to slow down, settle in, and feel right at home. In Bay Saint Louis the pace is peaceful, the people are friendly, and there’s always something going on nearby whether you’re into fishing, beach days, casino nights, or a drive into New Orleans on a weekend.

Our full hookup RV sites start at just $515/month and come with water, sewer, and electric connections at every site, plus park-wide Wi-Fi running on fiber optic internet right into the park. We know a lot of our residents work remotely or are on contract near NASA Stennis Space Center just ten minutes down the road, so reliable internet is a priority here.

Our park itself sits on beautifully landscaped grounds with mature shade trees, a stocked private fishing pond, a covered community pavilion, and a firepit for all to use. We have a dedicated dog playground for four-legged residents, on-site laundry, shower facilities, and propane service right here so you’re not running around town for the basics.

Getting here is also quite easy. We’re right on Highway 90, one of the main corridors running the length of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Biloxi and its famous casino strip is about 35 minutes east. The beach at Buccaneer State Park is literally five minutes away. New Orleans is about an hour depending on traffic, and for those who’d rather skip the drive, the Amtrak station in Bay St. Louis connects you straight to the CBD.
