Long Beach is right in the middle of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and Shady Acres is just a short stretch down the coast in Hancock County. You stay connected to everything the region has going on while settling into a quieter, more residential community with good neighbors and everything you need right on site. Full hookup RV sites start at $515 a month with a three-month minimum, and cottages are available from $725 a month with a six-month minimum. Park-wide fiber Wi-Fi is included in your monthly rate.
The park sits on beautifully landscaped grounds with mature shade trees, a stocked private fishing pond, a covered community pavilion, and a community firepit. On-site laundry, shower facilities, and propane service are all right here. Pets are welcome, and the dedicated dog playground is a favorite among four-legged residents. An on-site manager is always available if you need anything.
Buccaneer State Park beach is five minutes from the park, a quiet local stretch of Gulf Coast beach close to home. NASA Stennis Space Center is ten minutes down the road for contractors on assignment in the area. Biloxi and the casino strip is about 35 minutes east along Highway 90, and New Orleans is about an hour west. The Amtrak station in Bay St. Louis is just 15 minutes away for easy trips into the city without the drive.
